The idea behind the King of the Desert Classic was simple: get together for some golf and say thanks to the people we work with.
To our partners, we’re glad we get to do this work with you. The event was a chance to step away from the day-to-day, spend some time together and let you know we appreciate you.
Video description and narration
The video opens with real event footage, including a Canyon State course sign and people on the green. Brian begins the voiceover near the opening: “The King of the Desert Classic was our way of saying thanks to the people we work with. A little golf, good company, and time together off the jobsite. To all our partners, thank you. We’re glad to have you alongside us.” A brief animated cameo shows Chuck blinking and making a shallow nod with his mouth closed; the voiceover is narration, not speech from the mascot. Golf footage and a company endcard lead into closing pages of names grouped by company under “Thank you to our partners and team.” Instrumental music also accompanies the video.

Good work starts with good relationships
Good work depends on people being able to count on each other. A returned call, a question answered, a delivery coordinated, a problem worked through together - those everyday things add up.
The King of the Desert Classic was a chance to spend time with the people who help make that happen. We wanted to get together outside the usual project conversations, enjoy the day, and say thanks. Those relationships matter to us, and they deserve some time on the calendar.
